Sunday Lake Paddles!
Sunday 1:00 - 2:30 pm at Cultus
Lake Main Beach. Meet at the Boat House at Main Beach unless an alternate trip is planned.
Because the lake is getting
busy, we will be doing a few trips. Watch here for dates and locations...
June 28, 2009
12 pm - Meet at noon if you
need equipment at the boat house. Please call Shonnet 604 858-0877 befor 9:00am to let her know you are coming and would like
to borrow equipment.... if there are no phone calls and we will just meet at...
1 pm - If you have your own
equipment, meet at the corner of Hope River, Kitchen and Campriver roads. We will paddle to Courbould Park.

International Canoe Federation (ICF) Judge

Hi All:
This is a general message to all of those interested in acquiring the new ICF IJSL certification. I would appreciate
it if you disseminate this information to all members of your respective clubs and provinces.
We are fortunate that Eric Lokken (USA) will be present at the 2009 Canadian Nationals/Pan Am's, and will be administering
the ICF IJSL Examination. The exam will take place on the July 31st in Kananaskis. TIme is still to be determined. Price
for the exam will be 20Euros (CA$32) per person. CKC encourages all willing candidates to take part as this will increase
the level of officiating, and professionalism at races in your province and across the country.
